Una vez que haya decidido los productos que necesita, puede ponerse en contacto con nosotros a través de las siguientes vías:
- Escribiendo un email a la dirección:

Por el mismo medio le indicaremos el importe de las piezas solicitadas y fecha de entrega.
Forma de envío
- COMUNIDAD DE MADRID:
Nuestro repartidor llevará su pedido, sin ningún coste, a la dirección de Madrid que nos indique de lunes a viernes, en horario de 10:00 a 14:00.
- RESTO DE PROVINCIAS:
El envío se realizará a través de Correos, con un coste de 7 €.
- EXTRANJERO:
Los envíos al extranjero se realizarán también a través de Correos. El coste del envío dependerá del país de destino. Por favor, consúltenos para mayor información.
Forma de pago
- COMUNIDAD DE MADRID:
Si reside en la Comunidad de Madrid puede realizar el pago en efectivo a nuestro repartidor en el momento de la entrega o bien mediante transferencia bancaria anticipada.
Si elige este último método, es muy importante que indique en el concepto el número de presupuesto, así como su nombre y apellidos. Una vez recibamos la confirmación bancaria de la transferencia le enviaremos su pedido.
Si lo desea, también puede enviarnos el justificante de la transferencia por e-mail o fax.
- RESTO DE PROVINCIAS:
Si reside fuera de la Comunidad de Madrid, puede realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria anticipada, como indicábamos en el párrafo anterior, o contrareembolso. En este caso tendrá que realizar el pago en efectivo cuando le entreguen el paquete. Con este método tendrá que añadir la comisión de Correos, que supone un coste adicional de 0.80 % del precio total del pedido más 1,60 € (tarifa de Correos, vigente durante el año 2010)
- EXTRANJERO:
Si reside en un país de la zona euro, deberá realizar el pago mediante transferencia bancaria anticipada, añadiendo en el concepto el número de pedido, su nombre y apellidos. Una vez recibamos la confirmación bancaria de la transferencia le enviaremos su pedido.
Si lo desea, también puede enviarnos el justificante de la transferencia por e-mail o fax.
Para el resto de países, el pago se realizará mediante tarjeta de crédito Visa o Mastercard. En este caso, para mayor seguridad, deberá enviarnos un fax al número (0034) 91 629 07 99, indicándonos sus datos personales, número de tarjeta y fecha de caducidad. Realizaremos el cobro el mismo día que vaya a ser enviado el paquete.

SHIPPING METHOD:
• COMMUNITY OF MADRID:
Our dealer will take your order at no cost, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00, to the direction of Madrid you tell us.
• OTHER PROVINCES OF SPAIN:
Shipping is done through the Post Office, at a cost of 7 €.
• ABROAD:
Shipments abroad will also be made through the Post Office. The shipping costs will depend on the country of destination. Please ask us for more information.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
• COMMUNITY OF MADRID
If you live in the Madrid Community you can pay cash to our dealer at the time of delivery or by bank transfer in advance.
If you choose this latter method it is very important to indicate in the concept the budget number and your name. Upon receipt the bank transfer we will send you your order.
• OTHER PROVINCES OF SPAIN:
If you are outside the Community of Madrid, you can pay by bank transfer in advance, as indicated in the preceding paragraph, or on delivery. In this case you will have to pay in cash when the package is delivered. With this method you will have to add the postal commission, which is an extra charge of 0.80% of total order price over € 1.60 (rate of Posts, in force during 2010)
• ABROAD:
If you live in an euro area country, you will have to make the payment by bank transfer in advance, adding in the concept : the order number, and your full name. Once we receive bank confirmation of the transfer we will ship your order.
You can also send the transfer receipt by e-mail or fax.
For other countries, payment shall be made by Visa or Mastercard. In this case, for safety, you must send a fax to (0034) 91 629 07 99, indicating your personal details, card number and expiration date. We will make the collection the same day that the package will be sent.
