NUESTRO TALLER - Our Workshop
En Cejalvo contamos con excelentes instalaciones de producción y con un personal altamente cualificado, que trabaja aunando los más perfeccionados métodos con las más antiguas tradiciones.
De la abstracción del diseño en papel se pasa al taller, donde existen dos especialidades: la orfebrería que da forma al metal y la delicada del esmalte fino a fuego en la que el soporte metálico toma vida, color y luz.
Presión, calor y electricidad, incidirán sobre los metales para que adquieran formas, relieves y colores.
Orfebrería
Habida cuenta que no todas las piezas llevan color, quizá ésta sea la parte más importante dentro de la producción.
Las seguetas, punzones y buriles, son las prolongaciones de las manos de los artesanos, que inciden en el metal, para recortar el perfil de las piezas o tallar a buril los rameados, estrellados o punteados que resaltarán bajo el esmalte transparente.

Esmaltes finos a fuego
Todos los esmaltes utilizados son silicatos metálicos brillantes, duros, susceptibles de perfecto pulimento, fundidos hasta 950º C.
De todos ellos, la empresa posee una amplísima paleta constituida por una gran gama de colores y tonalidades que se han ido acumulando por la veteranía y el tiempo de dedicación a esta faceta artesanal.

Gripes
Para mayor enriquecimiento de las piezas, en ocasiones utilizamos la técnica de los gripes, donde aprovechando la maleabilidad y ductilidad del oro, se forman pequeños fragmentos en oro fino, con formas artísticas, que pacientemente son incrustadas e incorporadas al propio esmalte.

In Cejalvo we have excellent production facilities and highly qualified staff, which works by combining the most advanced methods with the most ancient traditions.

Pressure, heat and electricity, will have an impact on metals to acquire forms, reliefs and colors.
SILVERWARE
Given that not all pieces are color, perhaps this is the most important part of production.
The blades, awls and chisels, are extensions of the hands of artisans, which affect the metal, to cut the profile of the decorations or the branching burin carving, stars or points that highlight under the transparent glaze.
FINE ENAMELS TO FIRE
All enamels used are shiny metal silicates, hard, capable of perfect polish, cast to 950 º C.
Of these, the company has a wide palette consisting of a wide range of colours and tones that have been accumulated by the seniority and the time devoted to this facet scale.
"Gripes”: SMALL GOLDEN SHEETS
For further enrichment of the pieces, we sometimes use the technique of the small golden sheets, where taking advantage of the malleability and ductility of gold, small fragments are formed in fine gold, with artistic forms, which patients are embedded and incorporated into the enamel itself.
